We inherited this rental property with a tenant that refused to pay rent. Stephen stood by our side throughout the eviction process, keeping an eye on the property because we lived far away. Once the tenant was gone, Light Box closed on the property in just a couple of days, and we didn’t have to repair or clean a thing. It was such a relief.
